46 retention judges will be on  Nov.  Maricopa County ballots:  2 Supreme Court, 2 Appellate Court, and 42 Maricopa Superior Court Judges.

Our VOTE NO criteria is based on:

(1) POOR JUDICIAL RATINGS: (a) the state Judicial Performance Commission issued a "Did not meet Judicial Standards," (b) at least ten attorneys, witnesses, litigants and/or jury members issued two ratings below 85% 

(2) QUESTIONABLE DECISIONS (e.g., political/ideological bias, poor legal justification) and/or

(3) Involvement with the ideological Far-Right FEDERALIST SOCIETY, HERITAGE FOUNDATION, GOLDWATER INSTITUTE.
